About Rachel

Rachel is a Registered Dietitian, specializing in functional nutrition therapy and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She received her Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Central Oklahoma. 

Rachel is passionate about helping women reach optimal health without feeling anxious and obsessed with every health decision. She loves helping women find relief from digestive, hormonal, and metabolic issues through realistic and balanced food, exercise, and lifestyle changes. She empowers women to wake up each morning feeling confident that they are making the best decisions for their unique self, not following a cookie-cutter diet. When Rachel works with a client, she takes a holistic approach, considering the interplay of the entire body, not just a set of symptoms. 

When Rachel is not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In her free time, she likes to participate in CrossFit, listen to mystery podcasts, blog about nutrition and fitness, and experiment in the kitchen.
