Meet Our Dietitians
We believe in a realistic approach to health — one that supports your metabolism, hormones, digestion, and energy without extremes. That means we won't tell you to stop eating carbs or prescribe rigid food rules. We’re not anti–fat loss, but we are definitely anti–fad diet.Â
Our team has advanced training in functional and integrative nutrition, which means we take the time to look at the full picture of your health. That might include reviewing lab work, a deep dive into your symptoms, or personalized supplement recommendations. It’s personalized, not cookie-cutter — because no two people are the same.
Whether you’re dealing with a chronic condition, want to lose weight in a healthy way, or just want to be as healthy as possible, we’re here for it. This is a judgment-free zone where we meet you exactly where you are!

Rachel Benight, MS RD/LD
I'm am the owner of Nourished by Rachel and lead dietitian. I am a wife and mother to two precious boys. I have been a dietitian for over 10 years and am very passionate about helping individuals improve their health without extremes.
My not-so-positive (but very common!) journey with diet and health extremes has given me a passion to help men and women learn how to reach their health goals in a realistic, attainable way that doesn't involve unrealistic measures.
When I am not working with clients and running the business, I spend time with my family and enjoy weightlifting, competing in Crossfit, and watching documentaries or reading a good book.

Chloe Singleton MS, RD/LD
(currently accepting new clients!)
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I’m passionate about the power of food in supporting health. However, my own journey wasn’t always smooth—I struggled with hormonal imbalances, acne, digestive issues, and fatigue, searching for solutions in countless diets with little success.
By embracing a holistic approach—focusing on whole foods, sleep, stress management, and investigative lab testing—I transformed my health. Now, I help others do the same by providing personalized, root-cause-focused nutrition guidance.
With advanced training in Functional & Integrative Nutrition, I specialize in women’s health, and I love empowering individuals to take sustainable steps toward their wellness goals.
Outside of work, you’ll find me enjoying nature, crafting with friends, or trying new Instant Pot recipes—often with a little kitchen dancing! I look forward to supporting you on your health journey.

(currently accepting new clients!)
I am a registered dietitian passionate about helping others nourish their bodies and minds through a balanced, whole-body approach to wellness. I believe that true well-being starts with the basics—seeing food and exercise as medicine—while recognizing that health is deeply personal and unique to each individual. I also honor the role of modern medicine and believe in blending holistic and medical approaches to create sustainable, long-term health.
With a decade of experience as a dietitian, I have most recently worked in a long-term care setting, providing support and guidance. My journey has allowed me to help many clients reconnect with their bodies, set meaningful goals, and cultivate healthier, more fulfilling lifestyles. Outside of my profession, I am a wife of 10 years and a proud new mom to a beautiful baby girl.Â

Sarah Hildebrand MS, RD/LD
(accepting new clients in September!)
As a Registered Dietitian, I combine evidence-based nutrition expertise with a deep passion for fitness and helping others feel their best.Â
I grew up heavily involved in gymnastics, and have experienced my fair share of disordered eating, negative self talk, and unhealthy dieting. My knowledge of nutrition combined with personal experience has helped me provide others with the support and guidance they need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. With a background in bodybuilding as well, I have extensive knowledge with macros and performance based nutrition.Â
My approach focuses on empowering individuals to nourish their bodies, build maintainable habits, and achieve their health and performance goals.Â
I believe that true wellness comes from the balance of mindful eating, movement, and self-care.
Outside of dietetics, I enjoy lifting weights, reading true crime novels, and hiking.
