One of the only science-backed strategies for "boosting your metabolism" is building muscle. So not only will these workouts make you stronger, they will also boost your confidence and your metabolism! Workouts are broken down each week into two (2) upper body days, two (2) lower body days, core circuits, and optional guided yoga. Modifications for all skill levels are provided.
