How does the process work?

  • Step 1: Set the nutrition foundation
    • We'll analyze your current food intake to determine what needs to change. Using the app Cronometer, I will provide an in depth analysis of  your current nutrition habits.
    • Develop custom macronutrient (macro) recommendations.
    • You will track food intake daily for review and feedback via the app Cronometer.
  • Step 2: Assess digestion, hormones, and other lifestyle factors
    • In-depth assessment of hormones, digestion, thyroid, and nutrient status via initial paperwork.
    • Individualized blood work that will be determined based upon initial consult.
    • Make recommendations for nutrition and supplementation based upon lab work.
  • Step 3: Establish healthy exercise/movement
    • Develop a custom exercise plan based on your goals, preferences, and exercise history.
  • Step 4: Continue to adjust nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes for you to reach the goals you’ve set for yourself.
    • We will work together to adjust your nutrition and lifestyle recommendations in order to reach your desired outcome (i.e. fat loss, muscle gain, better energy or digestion, etc.) 
    • You will continue tracking your food for review and analysis.
  • Step 5: Develop an ongoing maintenance plan.
    • You will be the expert of your own health and feel confident to continue to implement the changes you’ve made. 
    • We will develop a plan that you can maintain with ease for a lifetime.

  • One 90-120 minute initial consultation via Zoom.
  • Individualized lab work based upon initial consult.
  • Custom nutrition plan with macronutrient recommendations and meal plan development.
  • Lean and Strong Manual with all the tools you need for success.
  • Custom exercise plan with access to Trainerize app.
  • Custom supplement recommendations based upon labs and assessment.
