Hi! I'm Rachel!

I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, Pre & Postnatal Personal Trainer, but most importantly a wife and mother. 

I am passionate about helping women transform their health so that they can experience their fullest life without constantly obsessing about dieting or fitting into a smaller size pants. I am not anti-weight loss, but I am anti-fad diet. I believe that in order to change our physical bodies, it requires a change to our mindset and lifestyle habits. 

I believe that our children are one of the greatest gifts that we have been given and taking care of our own health is one of the best ways we can care for our children!
