I created this program to help moms have a go-to resource for all things nutrition and exercise postpartum. As a new mom myself, I realize that putting energy into our nutrition and exercise can be overwhelming, when it is hard enough to remember to take a shower! Using my knowledge as a dietitian and personal trainer, I wanted to create a step by step blueprint of how to nourish your body postpartum AND safely build strength postpartum. Postpartum moms receive mixed messages around what they "should" be doing postpartum. So rather than listening to the instagram "fitspo," let me be your coach!
