Fit After Baby is a group + 1 on 1 coaching program for moms who want to feel GREAT in their bodies after baby, both physically and mentally! Whether you are 12 weeks postpartum or your babies are now toddlers, this program can work for you!

Here is the process you'll go through in Fit After Baby: 

FAB is a 14 week LIVE group + 1 on 1 coaching program. After filling out some paperwork, you and Rachel (me!) will do an initial consult to discuss your goals for the program, your starting place, and develop a realistic nutrition plan for you. You'll get access to some short online learning videos to help you during the program as well that you can listen to while you change diapers, do laundry, or your commute to work. You'll check-in with me via message every other week to assess your progress, ask questions, discuss barriers, and make a plan for continued progress. You'll also have access to group coaching calls with other ladies that are doing this program with you for support and education. You'll get an exercise program that you can complete at home and I will make revisions based upon your equipment availability and exercise history. You'll have the ability to communicate with me throughout the entire program. 

 You'll have all the tools and resources that you need to be successful right at your fingertips. No more guesswork or googling the best way to xyz, rather get professional (and realistic) recommendations from a dietitian and mom!

Meet Your Postpartum Coach

I created this program to help moms have a go-to resource for all things nutrition and exercise postpartum. As a new mom myself, I realize that putting energy into our nutrition and exercise can be overwhelming, when it is hard enough to remember to take a shower! Using my knowledge as a dietitian and personal trainer, I wanted to create a step by step blueprint of how to nourish your body postpartum, lose weight without losing your milk supply, AND safely build strength postpartum. Postpartum moms receive mixed messages around what they "should" be doing postpartum. So rather than listening to the instagram "fitspo," let me be your coach!
