I believe that women feel their best when they understand their unique nutrition needs and how to fit that into their lifestyle.
I wholeheartedly believes that food and exercise are both meant to be enjoyed, not seen as the enemy.
I am not anti-fat loss, but rather anti-fad diet. I believe that lasting changes to your body require an overhaul of your mindset, your daily habits, and your relationship with food.
