Fit After Baby is a group + 1 on 1 coaching program for moms who want to feel GREAT in their bodies after baby, both physically and mentally! Whether you are 3 months postpartum or your babies are now toddlers, this program can work for you!

Personalized Recommendations
After filling out some paperwork, you and Rachel (me!) will do an initial consult to discuss your goals for the program, your starting place, and develop a realistic nutrition plan for you.

Expert Guidance
You'll get access to some short online learning videos to help you during the program as well that you can listen to while you change diapers, do laundry, or your commute to work.

Accountability
We will conduct a structured message check-in every other week to assess your progress, ask questions, discuss barriers, and make a plan for continued progress. You'll also have access to group coaching calls and a group chat with other ladies that are doing this program with you for support and education.

Build a Body You Love
You'll get an exercise program that you can complete at home and I will make revisions based upon your equipment availability and exercise history. No more guessing what you should be doing or following random workouts.

I created this program to help moms have a go-to resource for all things nutrition and exercise postpartum. As a mom myself, I realize that putting energy into our nutrition and exercise can be overwhelming, when it is hard enough to remember to take a shower! Using my knowledge as a dietitian and personal trainer, I wanted to create a step by step blueprint of how to nourish your body postpartum, lose weight without losing your milk supply, AND safely build strength postpartum. Postpartum moms receive mixed messages around what they "should" be doing postpartum. So rather than listening to the instagram "fitspo," let me be your coach!
